The Kiai Combat Fitness centre hosts many styles of fitness and defence. Please have a look around and see which one suits your needs.

Hakarac Martial Boxing – A pugilistic boxing system that could be described as “dirty boxing”. If it works, we will use it.

Hakarac Kids Boxing – Fun, Co-ordination, Confidence and Safety awareness for kids.

KickBoxing4Fitness® - If you are looking for a butt kicking workout, KICKBOXING4FITNESS is for you! In a one hour class, you’ll sizzle your bootie through punches, kicks, knees, combinations, toning exercises and abs in a tough, total body workout.

Cardio Boxing – Cardio Boxing is a fantastically fun exercise class based on boxing training principles.

MMA-Mixed Martial Arts – Striking & Grappling art combining many styles of Martial Arts.

Wing Chun Kuen- Chinese style of boxing which incorporates control of the centre-line and other bio-mechanically sound concepts to provide a quick, effective self defence system.

Tudik Raan - (Red Knife) is a knife system that integrates the systems of: Harimau Kali Silat (Sumatran Tiger System), Bakti Nagara Pencak Silat & Hakarac Martial Boxing. The system focuses primarily on edge weapons in both an offensive and defensive applications.
